We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with our food products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
- Only non-perishable goods are eligible for return.
- Must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Perishable or damaged products cannot be returned unless delivered damaged.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at khudanipcl@gmail.com.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- We may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
